小学英语作文:奶奶的生日 Grandma's Birthday

It's my grandma's birthday today. She lives with my uncle in a village not far from Taiyuan. We decided to visit her.At eight o'clock in the morning, my parents and I went to a shop and bought a big birthday cake. It took us two hours to go there in my father's car. My grandma and uncle were very glad to see us. I shook her by the hand and said, "Happy birthday to you!" She smiled happily. Then we sat down to talk, and we had a wonderful time together. At 5 o'clock in the afternoon we said goodbye to them and went home.

今天是我奶奶的生日。她和我的叔叔住在太原不远的一个村子里。我们决定去拜访她。早上八点,我和我的父母去了商店,买了一个大生日蛋糕。做我父亲的汽车，我们花了两个小时到那儿。我的奶奶和叔叔很高兴看到我们。我摇了摇她的手,说:“祝你生日快乐!”她高兴地笑了。然后我们坐下来谈谈,我们一起度过了一段美好时光。下午5点钟我们跟他们告别,回家去了。

I know my grandma has done much for our family. Now she is getting old, and it's time for me to look after her. I'll try my best to make her live happy.

In my grandma's garden,there are many vegetables、fruits、and flowers,such as potatos,carrots,cabbages,tomatos,watermelons,oranges,guavas and so on.Because there have so many vegetables and fruits,my family needn't go to the street to buy them.when the spring is coming,the garden full of all kinds of flowers,that is very beautiful.My grandmother go to the garden every morning to fertilize the plants and remove weeds,and I often help her,I think that is very intresting.

我奶奶的菜园里面有很多蔬菜和水果还有花，比如马铃薯、萝卜、大白菜、西红柿、西瓜、橘子等等，因为里面有那么多蔬菜和水果，所以我们家不用到街上去买。当春天要来的时候，菜园里开满了各种各样的花，美丽极了。我奶奶每天早上都到菜园里施肥和除草，我也经常帮忙，我觉得有趣极了。
