Spring in March, accompanied by the comfortable weather and warm sunshine, our class had a spring outing on Saturday.

We went to Renmin Park hold some activities and all of my classmates were so excited that they looked like the birds just coming out from birdcage.

We playing games, boating, and fishing there.

It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me.

In the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me.

I liked them very much.

I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and played games.

Last Sunday, I did housework with my mother at home.

And then I started to clean my bedroom. Because mother cleaned it almost everyday, so my task was not so heavy.

After I finished my own duty, I helped mother with other works. Before lunch, we finished all the housework.

我完成我的任务后，我就帮妈妈干其他活。吃午饭前我们就做完了所有家务。

Today I was very excited, because I traveled plane for the first time.

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers.

There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it.

I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say.

我写下大纲并组织好要说的内容。

However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

但是，当我站在评委和同学们面前的时候，我就很紧张，头脑一片空白。

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech.

于是我深呼吸使自己放松然后开始演讲。

The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me.

虽然结果不像我想象中的那么好，但是我宁愿把它当做一次对自己的挑战，过程对我来说才是最重要的。

I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

Today I learned about present progressive tense.

So I helped many classmates.

Classmates appreciate or admire me and our English teacher praises me.

I remember feeling both excited and nervous as I stepped onto the high school campus for the first time. The rush of students heading to their new classes, the unfamiliar teachers, and the overwhelming size of the school all contributed to my jitters. As I walked down the hallway to my first class, I couldn't help but feel a bit lost. However, I quickly found my classroom and took my seat, ready to learn. The rest of my first week of high school was filled with new experiences and challenges. I had to adjust to a new schedule and more rigorous coursework. But with the support of my family, friends, and teachers, I knew I could handle anything that came my way.

Overall, my first day of high school was a mixture of nerves and excitement. But looking back, I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. It taught me that stepping outside of my comfort zone can lead to great things.

我记得当我第一次踏上高中校园时，我感到既兴奋又紧张。学生们涌向他们的新班级，陌生的老师，以及学校的庞大规模都使我感到紧张不安。但与此同时，我渴望开始我人生的新篇章。
