病假条 A Sick Note

Dear Miss Zhang,

I am sorry that I can’t go to school tomorrow, because I got a bad cold the day before yesterday. This morning, I had high fever and I went to see the doctor. He told me to stay at home and have a good rest. Here is the certificate he gave me. I will go back to school as soon as I recover.
