“物防”

崇礼区在马丈子村和西坪村建立了2座集中物资储备库，同时在各乡镇均设立了防火物资储备库，库中物资包含应急指挥车、应急通讯车、运兵车、水车等各类车辆45辆，水枪、灭火弹、灭火器、消防水泵水带、风力灭火机、油锯、割灌机、2号灭火工具、铁锹等防灭火物资，对讲机、无人机、卫星电话、移动发电机、无线通讯头盔等通讯设备准备充足。

崇礼区森林草原防火综合体系项目正在有序推进。目前，全区共安装视频监控设备73套,每套设备监控覆盖半径3-8公里，全区有林地监控覆盖率达到95%。其中冬奥核心区建设13套，覆盖率达98%，携带红外热成像仪的10架无人机，按照预定的航线对林区固定点位监控盲点进行24小时空中巡逻，实现所有林区无缝隙、无死角监控。

为了让防火实现一盘棋局面，崇礼区建设影像地图和三维地图为一体的综合应用平台，视频监控点、人脸识别站、物资库、宣传牌、检查站、水箱位置、山路分布等全部在地图上显示，一旦发生火情，地图上可以及时显示初期火点位置、最近防火巡逻队、实时过火面积和气象信息，系统自动生成到达火点的最近路线，实现防灭火监控、跟踪、指挥、处置等一站式、全方位工作办结。
