My school encourages students to take part in out-of-class activities. After a busy day, it can help us to relax and build a healthy body. We usually take part in out-of-class activities on the playground. Some students play basketball, football and badminton. Some play Ping-Pong or swim. Besides, some students read books in the library. They think reading is also a good way to relax. As for me, I like running and reading.

A happy day at the camp(夏令营中快乐的一天)

Today was Thursday. We went to the McDonald's for lunch. We got there by school bus. On the bus we were very excited. We couldn't stop talking. Liz told us some jokes, we all laughed. Twenty minutes later, we arrived at the McDonald's. We saw so many delicious food, hamburgers, chicken wings, French fries and so on. We all like them very much. The teachers offered us a hamburger, some fries and a cup of cola each. We enjoyed them very much. Then the teacher said, “If you are not full, you can buy it yourself”. So some students bought some other food again.

About one hour later, we finished our lunch. And we took the school bus back to school.

We had a great day today.

Happy summer camp(快乐的夏令营)

Now we are enjoying Huamei English summer Camp of 2010 during the hot summer. We like this camp because it's very beautiful and there are lots of kind teachers here. Especially we have a lot of fun.

We have different kind of classes in this camp, such as Happy English Classes, Cambridge English & Olympic Math Classes and Foreign Teachers' Classes. We really enjoy the study of English and maths here.

And we also have variety of interesting activities. Every afternoon we have two hours of activity classes or training classes. We have great fun during these classes.

At this camp, besides study we also enjoy some other activities. We can watch movie, buy snacks in the English shop with the dollar given by teachers as prizes, do English dancing, sing English songs, take part in the English Café and some other parties. They are so wonderful and great!

This is really an amazing summer camp!

The Funny Summer Camp(愉快的夏令营)

I am so happy that I can go to the HuaMei Oxford Summer Camp this summer vacation. At the first day, I went to HuaMei School very early. I made many new friends here and we are getting along with each other very well.

Riohard is our teacher. He teaches us history. In his class, I have studied many new words and the history aboutBritain. In Mattew's class, I have learned many different kinds of food and their recipe. In Clair's class, I know there are many holidays in Western Countries, such as Groundhog Day、Carnival、Halloween and so on. In Rob's class, I have learned many activities that we can do in the spare time.

At the evening, we play lots of games, such as Fancy Dress、Treasure Hunt、Murder Mystery、Joyful Campfire Evening. The life here is colorful and wonderful.

I am very happy in this Summer Camp. I like this summer camp because I can learn many new words and improve my English. What a wonderful Summer Camp.

I went to the Summer Camp in HuaMei in this summer holiday. The life in Summer Camp is very interesting. I have studied many knowledges such as British English、food in the world、western holiday、spare time's activities. I love the courses very much..

I also learned how to live independently. Before I came to Summer Camp, I couldn't wash my clothes. In here, I learned how to wash my clothes and set the beds. At the first few days, I felt homesick, but the colorful camp life let me feel happy. I enjoy the life here.

In order to make our city cleaner and more beautiful, the young volunteers of our school went to the people's park this morning and offered our help.

At eight, the head of the park met us at the gate. After being divided into groups, we set out to work at once. Some tidied up the parking area and had motorbikes packed in the right place. Some took care of the flowers and bushes, and persuaded people to keep off the grass. Around the tiger den, one group kept order to prevent accidents from happening. at the aquarium, another group worked as guides and advised visitors not to smoke. When some of us were doing cleaning, an old man praised us and said, "well done, young fellows!"
