Last Friday afternoon, when I was playing football with my friends, it began to rain. We were so interested in playing that nobody was willing to go back home. The next day, I had a bad headache and had to lie in bed. In the afternoon, I got a high fever. My mother took me to the hospital. The doctor gave me some medicine and advised me to drink more water and have a good rest. He told me not to play in the rain any more. I took the doctor's advice and now I feel much better.

Seeing A Doctor

Last week, I fell ill with a high fever and a terrible cough. My parents were very worried, so they decided to take me to see a doctor. We went to the hospital early in the morning, and the waiting room was already crowded with patients.

The nurse took my temperature and blood pressure before I was led to the doctor's office. The doctor, a kind and gentle woman, asked me a series of questions about my symptoms and medical history. She then examined me thoroughly, listened to my lungs, and checked my throat.

After the examination, the doctor diagnosed me with a common cold and prescribed some medication. She advised me to rest, drink plenty of fluids, and avoid strenuous activities. She also recommended that I come back for a follow-up visit if my condition did not improve within a week.

I followed the doctor's advice and took the medicine as prescribed. Gradually, my fever subsided, and my cough became less severe. I am grateful to the doctor for her professional care and for my parents' concern and support.

Seeing a doctor was a new experience for me, and it taught me the importance of seeking medical help when I am not feeling well. It also reminded me to take better care of my health in the future.
