①产品形象。对于企业来说,社会公众主要是通过产品和服务来了解企业的,并在使用产品和享受服务的过程中不断形成对企业的感性化和形象化的认识。因此,那些能够提供品质优良、造型美观的产品和优质服务的企业总是能够赢得良好的社会形象。
