张裕酒文化博物馆，是全球葡萄酒行业中为数不多的专业博物馆，坐落于烟台市芝罘区大马路张裕公司原址，1992年由张裕公司在百年大庆前夕投资450万元建成，1992年9月对外开放。馆内设酒文化广场、百年地下大酒窖、综合大厅、历史厅、影视厅等多个大厅，较为系统、全面的介绍了张裕公司100多年的发展历史，企业文化及酒文化知识，是中国葡萄酒业和中国民族企业崛起的艰辛缩影。

张裕葡萄酒公司是由南洋富商张弼士先生于1892年在烟台投资创办，1912年孙中山先生为张裕公司亲笔题赠了“品重醴泉”，以资鼓励。公司于1992年建成酒文化博物馆，分为百年地下大酒窖和酒文化展厅。地下酒窖内数千只橡木桶排列有序。酒文化展厅则向客人展示了百年来的张裕历史。有传统酿酒工具；有各种张裕名牌酒品；有接待品酒室、视听室等。馆内珍藏着康有为、孙中山、张学良等历史名人为张裕所题墨宝。

张裕酒文化博物馆是由酒文化广场、百年地下大酒窖、综合大厅、历史厅、影视厅、现代厅、字画厅、珍品厅、休闲购物厅、会议接待厅、信息网络中心、营销中心和现代化办公区组成。张裕酒文化博物馆主体面积近4,000㎡,总建筑面积约为10000㎡，博物馆景区占地面积约为30000㎡，大酒窖占地面积2,666平方米。

张裕酒文化博物馆倾注了张裕人的心血和劳动，既是张裕历史的见证，又是张裕发展的里程碑。

张裕酒文化博物馆于1992年建馆，坐落于山东省烟台市芝罘区大马路56号——张裕公司旧址院内。张裕酒文化博物馆是中国第一家世界级葡萄酒专业博物馆。它以张裕110多年的历史为主线，通过大量文物、实物、老照片、名家墨宝等，运用高科技的表现手法向人们讲述以张裕为代表的中国民族工业发展史，讲述酒文化知识。张裕酒文化博物馆总投资6000多万元，由清华大学设计，气势恢宏、构思新颖。馆内分上下两层，由综合大厅、历史厅、影视厅、现代厅、珍品厅及百年地下大酒窖等部分组成。百年地下大酒窖号称远东第一，窖内冬暖夏凉，拱洞交错、犹如迷宫，包括亚洲桶王在内的上千只橡木桶整齐排列，蔚为壮观。
