　　省人民政府政务信息管理部门负责政务数据统筹管理，组织协调政务数据归集、共享、开放、应用，推进数字政府建设等工作。

　　省人民政府其他有关部门应当按照职责分工，做好促进数字经济发展相关工作。

　　设区的市、县（市、区）人民政府数字经济主管部门负责本地区数字经济发展具体工作，其他有关部门应当按照职责分工，做好促进数字经济发展的相关工作。

　　第五条 省人民政府数字经济主管部门应当会同有关部门编制全省数字经济发展规划，报省人民政府批准后组织实施。

　　第九条 鼓励和支持各类市场主体参与数字基础设施投资建设、数字产业化发展、产业数字化转型、数字化治理和服务以及数据资源开发利用等。

　　第十条 县级以上人民政府对在数字经济发展工作中作出突出贡献的单位和个人，按照国家和省有关规定给予表彰和奖励。

　　第十一条 县级以上人民政府应当加强数字基础设施建设，布局创新基础设施，推动传统基础设施数字化升级。
