参加心理健康教育培训班,对我来说意义重大,让我进一步了解了心理健康教育的深刻含义,对我今后的工作具有很大的帮助。本次培训让我受益匪浅,以下就是我在这次培训活动中以及对于未来的一些想法谈谈自己的几点体会:
一、我不仅学到了很多心理学理论知识,学到了很多教育学的方法,也学到了正确对待生活的方式。如怎样释放压力,调整自己心态,建立积极向上的健康心态。以健康的心态工作、学习、生活,碰到问题不消极,想办法解决。并且通过学习,我深深认识到心理健康教育是做教育工作、是当一名好教师所必不可少的基础知识。
二、心理健康教育主要是针对青少年心理发展的需要而开展的教育活动,旨在提高和培养学生的心理素质,帮助学生学会如何恰当有效地应对现实生活中所面临的各种压力、如何进行情绪调节等。使学生更有效、积极地适应社会、适应自身的发展变化,促进青少年心理健康的发展。所以,预防问题发生、促进心理素质提高才是心理健康教育的主要目标。从本质上来讲,心理健康教育是心理素质的教育和培养,是促进学生全面发展的重要方面,是素质教育的具体体现。
三、心理健康问题是每一位学生在成长与发展中都必然会面临的挑战,包括那些学习优秀、在教师看来是“好”孩子的学生,也同样需要心理健康教育。许多研究与实践证明,有时这些“好”学生反而更需要心理健康教育。因为,往往由于学习成绩好,这些“好”学生心理发展中不健康的侧面就常常被忽视,得不到教师的重视和及时的帮助教育。如,清华大学生向狗熊泼硫酸便是一个的例证。
四、心理健康教育任重道远。我们知道一个巴掌拍不响,学校心理健康教育仅仅有我们的热情是不够的。通过这次培训,给我的启示就是:在学校开展心理健康教育,应该从以下几方面努力。学校领导要重视,虽然有些学校有这方面的材料和计划,那只不过是应付检查。各任课教师在各科教学中要渗透心理教育,优化学校、班级文化心理环境,开展心理辅导工作、开设心理辅导课,加强学生心理辅导和心理训练。总之,软件和硬件两手都要抓,可是现状令人尴尬。

今年的11月我幸参加了“国培计划”——农村中小学“留守儿童心理关爱”教师培训,通过培训,我学到了许多班级管理方面的知识,使我对班主任工作有了新的思考,尤其是学了学生心理健康教育这一专题后,受益匪浅,感想颇多。心理健康教育是素质教育的重要内容,也是当前学校教育面临的新任务和新要求。在现今的学校里,如何看展学生心理健康教育呢?我想就此问题谈谈自己从这次培训中获得的体会。
