面试,大家都有自己的经验,即使面试机会不多,也会从各种面经中汲取不少好点子用在面试中。

不仅如此,很多求职者,即便是拥有鲜明个性的有趣小伙伴,也会迷失在面试中。他们放弃自己的想法观点和个性,照抄面经,表现得中规中矩,因为他们认为面试中的任务就是要“正确回答”每一个问题。

我不认同这种观点。

·你能不能接受996加班?不给加班费你能不能接受?
·你能不能承受高压?下班也要陪老板应酬哦?
·你能不能自我奉献?想拿高薪是不是能放得开?
·你能不能承诺5年不生孩子?我管你是不是高龄产妇?
这种情况,你应该马不停蹄的滚出他们公司才对啊。

你如何肯定你能创造最大价值,这个岗位如何创造最大价值,你人都没到岗过,你凭什么这么肯定你最懂这个岗位的需求?如果这是一个销售岗,倒也算了,需要能说会道的销售;如果招的是财务岗位,这么说一定会被面试官diss。

面经这个东西是有帮助的,让你了解最起码的职场沟通方式,但抱着面经一成不变的去面试,估计是要吃亏的。人是活的,不能让招式所拘泥。面经也是要活学活用的,因为在大多数时候面试官提的问题是没有标准答案的。

我每次面试时候都会问:“你对未来企业营销的趋势有什么看法?”,当我问这个问题的时候,我并没有答案。我想听面试者给我讲一些新的东西,我不知道的东西。
所以,如果求职的小伙伴讲的东西完全在我的预料中,我的印象是不会深刻的。但如果讲出了我不知道的知识和现象,我总会有特别深刻的印象。TA说的不一定对,却是自己独立思考的结果,这种精神是每个企业都需要的。
我见过不少有着真才实学,而且聪明勤快而且不失可爱的小伙伴因为在面试中无法展现真实自我而错失了好的工作;我也见过不少小伙伴因为在面试和之后的工作过度压抑自己的想法和诉求,因此工作做得并不舒心。
工作不仅是just a job,我们每天至少有8-10个小时不在上班就在上班的路上(还不算加班)。找一份适合自己个性的工作,远比一份高薪但压抑个性的工作来得合适。而面试,是我们最直观了解合适公司的方式。
