本学期心理健康部工作总结
从2011年9月初部门招新工作开始到现在部门委员已经开始熟悉部门工作,总的来说,这学期我们所做的工作虽然仍旧存在很多不足,但基本上还是到位的,。由于学院本身并没有心理学这门专业,而且是首次成立心理健康部,因而在部门招新时,绝大部分应招者事先都没有了解过这方面的知识,在开展相关工作的时候我们也深深感觉到自己专业知识方面的欠缺。所以在心理健康知识的宣传和普及工作上,我们还是遇到了不少困难,有点力不从心,但是我们都在想办法努力克服。以下对我们这学期所做的工作做一个总结:
一、 招新工作。
9月初的招新工作进行得比较顺利,而且因为之前在系“两会”招新动员大会上宣传得比较到位,所以在众多部门中我们部门来应招的人算是比较多,有20个。我们设置了两轮面试。第一轮面试:要求应招者自我介绍,回答几个与部门相关的问题;第二轮:让应招者面对主席台面试,并回答一些问题。经过两轮面试,我们根据部门需要,留下了四个人。总的来说,对招进的新委员还是挺满意的。在招新的过程,我们很注意方法,尽量不给她们太大的打击。并且称呼她们都不带姓,让她们消除紧张感。据她们反映,她们都说这个部门给人很亲切的感觉,跟其他部门很不一样。另外,我们还会委婉地指出她们的错误,不会让她们觉得自己是被莫名其妙地淘汰掉,在下次面试的时候不会再犯同类错误。我们希望面试能让她们学到一些东西,而不是简简单单地面试过就算了。有点遗憾的是面试的试题并不是那么的完善,希望下次能有更好的方法,能够集思广益。
二、 部门内部建设工作。
为了使日后的工作进行得更为顺利,首先是使部门团结协调起来,所以刚开始,我们并没有急于开展工作,而是想方设法让这个部门的凝聚力强起来。通过多次在草地上聊天谈工作,我们的关系还不错。委员们也反映说很喜欢这种无拘无束,很随意的沟通方式,很亲切。我们打成了一片。因为开始的部门建设工作做得比较好,我们部门凝聚力挺强的,其他部门的人为此表现出羡慕之情。不过后来因为工作比较忙而且人员比较多等原因,这种方式就没有再用过,这是需要改进的,毕竟部门建设是长久的事情。以后我们会组织多些活动让大家一起聚聚,增进感情。我希望在以后即使她们不是同事了,还会是挺好的朋友,还会经常联系。
三、 部门日常工作。
(一) 日常会议。
召集大一新生共8名心理委员和本部门内部的委员一起开会,了解各班情况,分配工作。通过一名本部门委员负责两个班的方式,更好地了解情况。基本上,能和心理委员较好地沟通,对大一新生的情况比较了解。但是,因为人员太多的原因,互动比较少,这方面需要好好地改进,想办法让这个庞大的家庭团结起来。做得不足的还有我们只注重大一新生的情况,忽略了大二大三大四的同学。为了弥补这个漏洞,我们也让委员去和各班班委沟通了解情况。遇到的困难是,因为委员都是大一的,和师兄师姐沟通起来可能会处于劣势。而且就算班里有事情,可能都不会告知我们。我们会尽量了解情况,不仅仅和班委沟通,也会尝试和班里其他人了解情况。
(二)主题活动
一.9月29心理健康教育讲座。
本讲座由教育学院张立春副教授主讲,内容包括:天生我才必有用,学习与时间管理能
力,who的心理健康标准,大学生心理状态现状等。主讲老师风趣幽默,现场气氛活跃,
老师与学生有所互动。而且本次讲座与校广播台招新和几个社团开会有时间上有冲突的
情况下,到场的同学比预计的多很多。
但工作中仍有很多不足的地方,以下是具体的几点:
由于缺少经验,场地的借用出现了很大问题。
场地通知有误,带来麻烦。这是粗心大意的结果。
时间太仓促,准备不够充分。
二.与校心理健康部合作开展湖北大学十佳“心灵天使”评选活动。2011年11月至2012年5月
在本次评选活动中,也同样出现了很多的问题,具体如下:
在刚开始的时候,各干事不知道自己具体应该做什么,这是我们没有把心思用在工作上面、没有想要去了解的结果。
在进行的过程中,选手通知不到位,仍有选手不知道比赛的具体信息等。
比赛后,选手的比赛时的材料没有及时收集。
四)未来展望
1.下学期继续和小心理健康部合作,开展“心灵天使”评选活动,以及5月心理健康月举办心理电影播放等相关活动,
2.让大一大二每班出一张心里海报。打算下学期举办一次心理海报评比,调动大家的积极性,同时可以更好地宣传和普及心理健康知识。
总体来说,从本学期的活动中看出,活动的主题、活动的内容、活动前的组织是很重要的三要素,特别是组织,每一次的活动,都必须策划好,提前安排好,这样才会有很好的效果。在通知同学或者做其他工作时,一定要做好提前量,并对时间、地点等相关的重要信息加以确认,以免给之后的工作带来麻烦。通过本学期的工作,学到了很多,也注意到了很多之前多没注意过的问题。我们会继续努力,减少犯错的次数,让本部的工作更上一层楼。
