贵州很多特色美食我没吃过也不知道,只吃过一种也是最最奇葩的让人难以接受的特色美食。就是“牛瘪汤”很多人可能接受不了!
所谓的“牛瘪汤”就是贵州黔东南少数民族侗族用牛胃里没有完全消化完的草来做成的汤汁。也叫“百草汤!”
做法其实很简单,就是杀牛的时候,将牛胃里没有完全消化变成牛粪的百草取出来过滤变成的汤汁!
他们用它的汤汁来炒各种菜肴特色美食,还有米线面条汤等等,听当地的人说这种汤汁很有营养还有治病的疗效!
我有幸去过贵州一次,他们就是这样做的,我看着挺恶心但不敢表露出来,汤也只喝一点点,菜是真吃了,味道还不错!
现在侗族同胞们的做法也在贵州省很多地方流传开来,很多汉族开的店和大城市餐馆,餐厅都有这道美食!

上海的生煎包,曾经无数次出现在影视剧中的生煎包已经有几百年的历史了,最初主要是新鲜猪肉和皮冻做馅儿,随着时代发展,鸡肉和虾仁也丰富了生煎的内容。其次就是不得不提的白斩鸡,在上海本地人的观念里,白斩鸡还是小绍兴的最好,它以三黄鸡为食材,做好之后外皮金黄,肉质白嫩,吃起来更是异常肥美,是很多外地食客必尝的美味。小笼包也是让人难忘的美食之一,南翔的小龙包皮薄汁多,要下去满口留香。

5、蒸菜:把食材一般为:野菜如荠菜、香菜、红薯叶、槐树花、榆树叶、榆钱裹面粉,在锅里蒸熟,再用调料纯芝麻油拌匀即可食用。鄙人是百吃不厌,那味道相当好吃,自己比较喜欢吃蒸各种野菜和蒸榆钱、榆树叶。现在榆树不多,又加上榆树一般比较高,所以不容易吃到蒸榆钱和榆树叶。这种菜属于家里面都会做的小菜,但是一般不用来待客。
6、烤羊腰:家里面的烧烤放的调料不多,属于相对清淡爽口的那种,不像武汉的烧烤,全是烧烤料。
7、绿豆丸子:特指刚出锅的。绿豆打碎后,与调料、葱姜蒜、面粉混合均匀后,用油炸制外表深黄色即可。刚出锅的口味最佳!
