我是重庆人,就拿重庆来说吧,重庆当属最出名的美食,第一道菜:当属火锅了,每一个来重庆的外地人不吃一顿火锅都不好意思说自己来过重庆,对于本地人来说,吃火锅当属家常便饭了,一周不吃,就受不了。我也去外地吃过几次所谓的正宗重庆火锅,但是还是没有重庆本地的吃起有感觉。现在重庆的火锅也是千奇百样,有各种品牌的连锁火锅,也有各种老火锅,对于重庆人来说吃的更多的我想应该是老火锅。吃火锅必点的菜(我是必点)毛肚,鸭肠,鸭血(一定要冷锅放下去)鸭血才好吃。如果第一次来重庆吃火锅的话,锅底建议点鸳鸯锅,即便吃不了辣,也能吃清汤,我记得在较场口地铁站有一个火锅底料的广告语是(我们不说鸳鸯锅,微辣是最后的妥协)。之前我的大学同学开学第一天和我们去吃火锅,吃了回来拉了一晚上肚子,不过到最后毕业的时候。他吃辣比我们好厉害。
第二道菜:我推荐正常江津双福的陈友良尖椒李(陈有良)为人名,这个菜就是他发明的。这道菜的精华在于两种佐料,青花椒和青辣椒,江津做为全国青花椒最大的量产地,出产的花椒是很有名气的,也随之诞生了这道菜。这道菜除了辣,还是辣,当然吃的时候你越吃越想吃(辣椒花椒里面找肉吃)等你一停,嘴皮就会辣的受不了。自己在家制作的话也比较简单,将鸡剁碎小块,过水。再用油过一次,捞起备用,在将大量花椒。辣椒,葱姜蒜,一起下锅,爆炒即可。
第三道菜:酸菜鱼。酸菜鱼主料是草鱼和泡坛酸菜。口味酸辣可口,菜肉质细嫩,开胃健脾,酸菜鱼的汤可以直接喝,非常的鲜美。这道菜叶是发源于重庆江津双福。

要说美食的话,我觉得没什么好吃的。我在阳朔三天,就吃了大师傅啤酒鱼和几家米粉。
图一到图四是在大师傅啤酒鱼吃的,团购套餐89块钱,啤酒鱼味道一般,鱼肉比较板结,不嫩,小炒肉和油麦菜的味道还可以,大师傅这个套餐相对来说性价比算是比较高了,而且服务态度非常好,想吃啤酒鱼的话可以去大师傅家试试,关键是还有免费的水果吃,还可以免费听歌。

米粉推荐胜记粉库,就在阳朔西街一个小店上去二楼,位置可能不太好找,可以问一下当地人。我是在美团上团购的16.8元(店里26元)的牛腩粉(图八),牛肉真的很多,味道也很好。
图九是日头火的麻辣牛肉米线,日头火在阳朔有很多家连锁店,好像当地人也比较常去,这个米线有点一言难尽,只吃出来了一股火锅底料的味道。
