二级为各省(自治区、直辖市)心理健康服务平台,负责当地民间心理机构、高校及科研院所心理专业人才的统筹管理,专业人员数据库的建设、人才筛选及培训,组织专业人员开展日常心理教育宣传,公共卫生事件发生时统筹调配专业人员开展服务。
三级为各地市级心理健康服务平台,管理本地民间心理机构,专业人员数据库的建设、心理健康服务志愿者的筛选培训及日常心理教育宣传,公共卫生事件发生时统筹调配心理健康服务工作力量开展服务,事件结束后对重点人员的随访调查。
心理健康教育是根据学生生理心理发展的规律和特点,运用心理学的教育方法和手段,培养学生良好的心理素质,促进学生整体素质全面提高的教育。心理健康教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。
心理健康教育的主要内容包括:普及心理健康知识,树立心理健康意识,了解心理调节方法,认识心理异常现象,掌握心理保健常识和技能。其重点是认识自我、学会学习、人际交往、情绪调适、升学择业以及生活和社会适应等。
