广西财经学院，始建于1996年，是经国家教育部批准、广西壮族自治区人民政府和国家税务总局共建的本科类高等院校。学校坐落在广西壮族自治区首府南宁市，是广西壮族自治区人民政府确定的本科院校试点单位之一，也是广西壮族自治区人民政府、国家税务总局在广西共建高校。
