韩餐:元祖李朝和碧帝本平壤,这两个都不错。再有经区的韩乐坊周围,韩餐厅也很多而且非常正宗,如果要炸鸡啤酒的话韩乐坊这里是最佳选择。;海鲜:大一点的酒店做的都很好,如果要高档和环境的话建议海草馆自助和蓝色海湾。;咖啡、茶、甜点等:集中在威高广场一带,低端的有星巴克,cafebene等,高端可以选择上岛咖啡。;另外一些美食:;摩尔餐厅:幸福门坐电梯上去,是一家上海菜馆,高空视觉效果比较好,价格小贵。;澳门豆捞:新鲜生猛海鲜涮火锅,价格小贵。
东门的香肉居、一心烤肉不错,新东方的上菜速度我可真不敢恭维,讨厌他家的那只狗……佳地还是不要去了,卫生不咋地,不管什么菜都汪着油价钱也不贵,曾经一次去过之后拉肚子发烧,严重怀疑那是地沟油。
北方美食城也不错,东门往东走菜市场南边有个川菜馆,里面比较干净做的菜也不错,曾经经常和朋友去那里吃饭。

我是威海本地人,感觉夜市的东西除了海鲜其他的东西到哪里都可以吃到,其实也不算特别有特色,威海是座小城市,夜市其实也就是一条街不算特别长,但是里面的烤牡蛎还是可以的。
如果有时间可以去威高民俗村的映像威海,包间需要提前预定,大厅不接受预定,本地人很多都在那里吃饭,价格不贵,看食材点菜。
在古陌早市有家麻辣鸡,四川口味的,也挺好吃,再就是韩乐坊主打的韩餐和威高广场的精致一些的餐厅了,其实我认为来威海吃的话就奔着新鲜的海鲜,其他的估计您所在的城市都会有的,我是做别墅民宿的,如果想吃地道的海鲜可以买回来咱们自己加工。

6、清蒸加吉鱼:也是当地著名的小吃,也是当地高档筵席之大件菜。其做法是:将鱼洗净然后再把精盐、绍酒撒在鱼身上,放盘中。再将肥肉、冬笋、冬菇及葱姜切丝,一起拌好后,撒在鱼身上,再淋上芝麻油,上笼蒸约20分钟即成。
7、炸海蟹:也是当地的吃,其做法:将海蟹去清洗干净,剁成两块,加料酒,味精、盐、辣椒粉腌片刻。然后蘸个淀粉后,放入油锅中炸呈金黄色时捞起即成。
8、鼔汁扇贝:也是当地的特色菜之一,用做法是:将扇贝放清水盆里泡上一个小时;然后再用刷子刷干净外壳;把扇贝用小刀撬开,收拾干净后;再把泡软的粉丝放到扇贝上;然后在放上炒好蒜蓉油,最后在扇贝上均匀的浇上蒸鱼豉油;上锅蒸八分钟即可;出锅后放上香葱末做点缀。
