汽车美容的流程

1：洗车

一切汽车的美容都是从洗车开始的，洗车的好坏决定着技术基础，千万不能忽视。很多人认为洗车仅仅是为了漂亮，然而这只是片面的，洗车是一种对汽车的保养性和护理性的维护作业。

清洗的目的

（3）清除汽车上的脏物，能使汽车保持“出水芙蓉”一般的靓丽如新，成为城市里的一道风景线，同时还能减少灰尘、泥土油污以及其他脏物给城市环境带来的污染，提高城市的生活质量。

2：砂纸研磨

由于空气中具有一些有害杂质，使车漆在使用一段时间后，大约六个月左右，就会逐渐出现氧化层，开始时肉眼看不见，但是用手抚摸车体便会感觉不平，严重的话甚至会导致车体失光，即使是打蜡也无济于事。

所以为汽车的漆面研磨是非常有必要的，通过判断油漆的硬度和漆面缺陷的严重程度，选用水砂纸或者是金字塔砂纸研磨漆面的划痕处，能够有效的去除斑点、轻微划痕等缺陷。

研磨注意事项：

在使用砂纸研磨时应该均匀用力，一般研磨后的漆面会呈现哑光的状态，同时也应该注意边角部位，带筋的部位和桔皮轻的部位，这些部位由于本身漆面的厚度较薄，容易磨穿清漆，所以应该适当的减轻研磨的力度。

在给汽车进行研磨的时候，尽量不要磨到装饰条、密封条、门把手等部位，以免造成不必要的损伤，必要的时候也可以选择遮蔽胶带将以上这些部位进行保护起来。

3：抛光

通过利用抛光机抛光，也就是依照抛光剂与车漆产生的化学反应，可以让车漆显示出本身的光泽，达到镜面的效果。如果未经研磨，还可以用来治理酸雨点、碱性水点等比较轻微的损伤，研磨后造成的一些细微划痕也可以用它来消除，不过它还有一个重要的作用就是为打蜡做好准备。

抛光注意事项

初始研磨的时候，研磨粗蜡的效果最好，应用中等偏上的压力施工，后适当放松，采用中等压力施工，切勿一味的追求速度，盲目的增加转速，因为转速过高很容易就造成漆面抛穿，对漆面造成不可逆转的损伤。

在使用抛光机时要掌握平衡运行，倾斜度不宜过大，否则会导致局部的热量过大，从而造成漆面的烧穿；对于美容施工而言，应该选择合适的海绵盘，尽量避免羊毛盘的使用，羊毛盘由于其切削力过大，容易造成漆面的抛穿和新的圈纹的产生；而且抛光的时候要及时的清理抛光盘上的污垢，以免污垢颗粒的存在造成漆面损伤。

4：漆面保护

漆面保护是采用专业的技术在汽车的表面形成了一层保护膜，能够有效的隔离外部环境对车漆的不良影响，如阳光、酸雨、鸟粪等，就相当于为汽车穿上了一层隐形的车衣，而且还能增进车漆表面的光泽，在抛光的基础上达到最终的镜面效果。
